Product Overview

Industrial Flanges

A Flange is a method of connecting pipes, valves, pumps and other equipment to form a piping system. It also provides easy access for cleaning, inspection or modification. Flanges are usually Welded or Screwed. Flange joints are made by bolting together two flanges with a Gasket between them to provide a seal.

Frequently Asked Questions

A Flange is a method of connecting pipes, valves, pumps and other equipment to form a piping system. Flange joints are made by bolting two flanges together with a gasket between them to provide a leak-proof seal. They also allow easy access for cleaning, inspection or modification.

A Weld Neck Flange has a long tapered hub that is butt welded to the pipe, making it suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. A Slip On Flange slides over the pipe and is fillet welded, making it easier to align and more economical for low-pressure service.

Our flanges are manufactured as per ASME B16.5 (for NPS 1/2 to 24, Class 150 to 2500) and ASME B16.47 (for large diameter flanges NPS 26 to 60).
