IndustrialFlanges
Forged Flanges for Connecting Pipes, Valves, Pumps & Equipment — Manufactured as per ASME B16.5 / B16.47 in Class 150# to 2500#
Product Overview
Industrial Flanges
A Flange is a method of connecting pipes, valves, pumps and other equipment to form a piping system. It also provides easy access for cleaning, inspection or modification. Flanges are usually Welded or Screwed. Flange joints are made by bolting together two flanges with a Gasket between them to provide a seal.

Types
Flange Range
Weld Neck Flange
Long tapered hub butt welded to the pipe. Ideal for high-pressure, high-temperature and cyclic loading applications.
Slip On Flange
Slides over the pipe and is fillet welded inside and outside. Easy to align and economical for low-pressure service.
Socket Weld Flange
Pipe is inserted into the socket bore and fillet welded. Used for small bore, high-pressure piping systems.
Lap Joint Flange
Used with a stub end; the flange freely rotates around the pipe for easy bolt hole alignment. Ideal for frequent dismantling.
Threaded Flange
Screwed onto the pipe without welding. Used where welding is not possible, such as explosive or flammable environments.
Blind Flange
Solid flange with no bore used to blank off the end of a pipe, valve or pressure vessel opening.
Series A & B Flanges
Series A (IS 6392) and Series B flanges as per Indian and international standards for general industrial piping systems.
